Absolutely knackered after a well busy weekend. So gonna watch Tango & Cash and 48 Hrs, then finally put to bed the whole "who would win in a tag team fight involving Russell, Stallone, Murphy and Nolte" debate. See you suckers bright and early tomorrow.
New on today: LEMON AND BLUEBERRY MERINGUE PIE, and CHOCOLATE, HAZELNUT MOCHA PIE. I couldn't not try the Mocha Pie, because I had to tell you's how good it was...IT'S WELL GOOD.

Been brewing up some test roasts of @manishot's @ancoatscoffeeco competition roast of the Finca El Divisio this morning. I'm torn between test 2 and 3, Mani. Test 2 has an awesome juicy green apple sweetness I could drink all day. Roast 3 adds a rich and boozey chocolate element in to it that's awesome too. If I had to choose I'd go Roast 2 because I love the brightness. Top work though. Tasting goooood.
The sun is shining and we've got new coffee in! Come try the wonderful @talorjorgen (Talor being an ex-St Ali and Tim Wendelboe roaster) from Norway. We've got the awesome Kenya Muthonjo (blackcurrants & sugar snaps) and the Burundi Buziraguhindwa (elderflower & butter) on filter, and the Guatemala Chuito (milk choc & marzipan) on espresso. All three are for retail too, in proper fancy boxes.

The Kieni from @coffeecollectif is running through our second Mythos right now and you gotta make sure you try this before it's gone. It's an absolute beaut.
Lucy has been making Passion Fruit Curd to go in a Meringue Pie on the counter this weekend. Along with Chocolate Cream Pie and Cherry Pie. It's a beautiful future, just like Nsync predicted: "Pie Pie Pie, PIE PIE".
Made Gus take on the storm. Now he keeps looking at me like I've ruined his life.

I'm feeling a little bit @coffeecollectif. Think I need a lie down. We've got the Akmel Nuri Ethiopian (nougat, milk choc and figs) and the galactico that is Kieni, Kenyan (juicy as hell) back on the brew bar and retail. And from this week we'll have both the Espresso 2 (caramel, chocolate raisin) and the Kieni (oooohhh shit) on as espresso as well. THIS IS ALL GREAT NEWS.
